members who conduct our business, service your account, and help you
accomplish your financial objectives, such as providing you with a

reasonable access to the information we have about you. Most of this
information is contained in account statements that you receive from us
and applications that you submit to obtain our products and services.
We encourage you to review this information and notify us if you
believe any information should be corrected or updated. Information
related to a claim, criminal or civil proceedings may not be reviewed
and updated.

Procedures
We maintain physical,
electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your non-public
personal information. Should your relationship with us end, we will

Remote
Desktop Services
General Services: EFX will
attempt to diagnose your technical issue. Problem diagnosis and support
may not be completed because of a problem with your computer or its
configuration that is beyond our control.
Remote support services
may be offered to you via the Internet if your PC has a working cable
or DSL high speed Internet connection. If you choose to receive remote
support, then EFX remotely logs onto your PC through your high-speed
Internet connection to view your computer desktop. EFX will keep you
fully briefed on every step of the process while solving your technical
issue. Remote support may involve the installation of software on your
computer which will allow EFX to provide you with remote support
services (e.g. VNC). By choosing to receive remote support, you agree
to allow EFX to use whichever tools are necessary to correct your
technical issue.
Your Responsibility: You
understand and agree that prior to contacting or allowing EFX to
perform diagnostic repair or other services on your computer, it is
your responsibility to back-up your data, software, information or
other files stored on your computer discs and/or drives. You
acknowledge and agree that EFX shall not be responsible or liable under
any circumstance for any loss or corruption of data and/or software.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AGREE THAT EFX IS NOT LIABLE FOR
ANY DAMAGES TO YOUR PC, LOSS, ALTERATION, OR CORRUPTION OF ANY DATA OR
FOR YOUR INABILITY TO USE YOUR COMPUTER EQUIPMENT OR OTHER PRODUCT.
WHILE EFX TAKES PRECAUTIONS TO PROTECT PERSONAL INFORMATION THAT IS
PROVIDED THROUGH THE COURSE OF BUSINESS, WE CANNOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY
FOR DATA LOSS ON THE PRODUCTS OR SYSTEMS SERVICED. ANY INFORMATION YOU
TRANSMIT VIA EMAIL OR THROUGH OTHER FORMS OF ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION
WILL BE DONE AT YOUR OWN RISK. WE CANNOT ENSURE OR WARRANT THE SECURITY
OF SUCH INFORMATION.
